This is Alivia Grace..
She is the cutest, squishiest baby ever!
I spent this morning with her, she pretty much slept through the whole entire thing, barely making a peep...she was easily soothed by her mommy's voice..it was so heartwarming to see how powerful their bond is already..
Her mommy, Megan is a good friend of mine. I am so so happy that she is finally a mom! I think she is loving every single minute of it, even the late night feedings :) And I'm pretty certain she isn't taking any of it for granted...Megs you were definitely born to do this!

I am excited to watch little miss Livie grow, and am happy to have been trusted to capture some little moments in this precious stage of her life...

As I have mentioned before in a previous post, I was lucky enough to spend the holidays at home in Southern Ontario with my family. While there, I had the privilege of "shooting" my little sister Jenna ( I have always wanted to say that...hehe..just kidding!) and her boyfriend Troy. They were such great sports, we got up nice and early on my last day in town and braved the cold winter weather so that I could capture some warm and fuzzy moments between the two of them. I was really excited to shoot at this beautiful abandoned mansion on the Detroit River that my mom had shown me earlier in the week. It was built in 1816 and had so much character...I cant stop thinking about how lovely it must have been at one time and and hoping that someone will invest some TLC into it (and money!) so that it can be beautiful once again...(oh how I wish that I could!!..sigh...a girl can dream )

Jenna & Troy were alot of fun to capture with my camera, they instantly relaxed when they were together, Troy needed no direction from me, he was affectionate and warm when Jenna was by his side..It was sweet to see how much they care for one another :) And without sounding too biased, I have to say that I have never before seen my little sister look so gorgeous, These images truly capture her natural beauty..

Happy New Year Everyone!! This is my first post of 2010! May we all have a fantastical year ahead of us :)

I have just returned from Christmas with my family in Southern Ontario, more specifically, Windsor and the surrounding County..I loved every minute of it, I wish that it would have lasted longer, I am grateful for their love, support and friendship...each and every one of them mean so much to me..i am truly blessed (especially with two beautiful nieces who have me smitten!)

I had the pleasure of doing a family session for my Aunt, Uncle and cousins while home, we trekked out through the woods in the snow, for those of you who know me well you know that I never dress properly for the weather, I was out there shooting in a hoodie and bright pink fur lined rubber clogs that I borrowed from my Aunt because they were much warmer then the thin canvas sneakers that I showed up in! By the end of the shoot I no longer had feeling in my fingers or heels..it was a sacrifice that I was willing to make in order to capture some sweet moments for some of my favourite people :)

Thanks Crease Family for being such great sports, for braving the weather, for bringing the love, and for being some of my greatest fans..I love you guys!!

Also, an honourable mention goes to my mom who was my assistant, who held all of the coats (making her one of the warmest people during the shoot) for doing it all with a smile, for encouraging me to have fun and to do my best....always..
she is a great mom, and a great friend...love you mommy ;)

I was so happy to be able to capture a few moments in the beginning of this sweet little girl's life :) She is blessed to be born into a family that was excited for her arrival, a mom and dad and big brother who will love her, teach her and protect her..

* Families Really Are Forever...& So Are Friends..| Lethbridge Photographer

I have been delaying the blogging of this post for a few days in order to gather my thoughts...alas, I am still at a loss for the words that would do this family justice..so I have decided to blog and write and hope that the things I feel will somehow translate into this post..it may be a long one.. :)

These are some of my favourite people...of all time...all time doesn't even begin to describe it really..

I have known the Dad Bryan for quite some time, probably since I was 11 or 12, we grew up in neighbouring small towns in southern Ontario and had mutual friends...He met his wife Amanda, I met her shortly after...her and I have been friends ever since...she commented during their photoshoot with me that we have been friends for 10 years now... a decade...it really isn't very long in the grand scheme of things though...and when you consider that the day i met her, I truly felt like I had known her all of my life...longer...I knew we would be kindred spirits, sisters even... forever..and forever is a long long time...

They moved out here to Alberta shortly after they were married, and here they had their first child, a daughter and became a family...

Just before their baby's first birthday, I too moved to Alberta to live with them for a short time, until it was time for me to find my own wings...

They have continued to build and grow their family over the last ten years, moving back to Ontario just before their first son was born...and then thankfully coming back out west a couple of little boys later...

I cannot begin to describe all of the many things I have learned from each one of them, or the example they have been to me over the years that we have been friends...

I can honestly say I have never in my life met a man who serves others the way that Bryan does, A man with a kind heart, full of faith who works hard to provide for his growing family. He is a great example to me of what a husband and father should be..

Ever since I can remember I have wanted really simple things in life, I want to be a good wife, and a mom. I'm not a girl who wants extravagant things..just a cozy home and a family of my own...I have been truly blessed to have a friend who has shown me exactly what kind of mother and wife that I want to be. Amanda is the epitome of these things. She is a busy wife and mom, who always recognizes the needs of others around her, she is selfless, and talented and loving and kind. She has the faith of an army, and she is passionate about her beliefs and her choices. There are many who cannot hold a candle to her...myself included. I have learned many many things from her throughout our friendship, I have learned about faith, about children, about being a woman, about love and service and friendship.
I love to watch her with her children, to see how she manages to juggle it all, and still find time for herself...I am often in awe of her and always proud of her..

Although I have yet to marry and have my own children, I am blessed to be a huge part of their children's lives..They are like my own little babies..I love them like they were my own, and they love me in return..it is a special thing to have five little ones who look up to you, and who trust you with all that they are...its an amazing relationship that I take very seriously and that I'm extremely grateful for on a daily basis. Unconditional love from those five little faces has often pulled me out of some not so happy moments...They are all so special to me..I wonder if they will ever really know how much each one of them has enriched my life...

They have a special little one on the way as well...she has already taught me more in the last month than I ever knew possible..she has taught me to stop taking all of my moments for granted, she has taught me that life is so much more than a series of days..and she has reminded me that we are loved beyond our ability to comprehend...I love her already and I am grateful for all that she has already taught all of us, and will continue to teach us throughout her time here...

Thank you Renaud Family for being my Family here...Thank you for loving me the way that you do, for accepting me and for taking such good care of me...Thank you for sharing your joy and your sorrow with me...without which I wouldn't be the person I am today...

Thank you for allowing me to capture the following special moments...I look forward to capturing many many more...

* The Do’s and Don’ts of "Using" Images From Your Photographer

* I found this GREAT post on a photography blog called Mom*Tog that I frequent, she has some great tips about the photographer/client relationship in regard to web images and the use of your photographer's images on your blog/facebook/web etc...*

Here are her words...

I get asked a lot by both photographers and clients what my policy is on letting my clients post their images to their blogs and facebook account. I personally love it when my clients post their family pictures on their blogs, facebook, etc. It shows me that they truly love their images! I encourage my clients to “steal” their pictures from my blog to use on the internet. Here are a few do’s and don’ts that you should think about when re posting your images:

1) DO ask your photographer what their specific policy is on taking pictures off of their blogs. Some photographers encourage it and some don’t allow it. If this is important to you this is something you should ask BEFORE you hire your photographer!

2) DO include your photographer’s name and website under the images (a link would be super nice!). That’s just the polite thing to do

3) DON’T crop out their logo. Unless you have paid for the digital negatives don’t alter the files in anyway. Most photographers use their blogs to advertise their work and do so as a courtesy to give their clients a sneak peek. If a client crops out the logo then how will other people know who took the picture?

4) DON’T edit the picture in any way. Taking the pictures is only half of a photographers job. The other half is editing. If you think you can do a better job or want to edit out some of your wrinkles or use selective coloring please don’t show and/or tell your photographer. That is super insulting. If you don’t like your photographers editing enough to want to edit it yourself than maybe you need to find another photographer next year.

5) DON’T try to print from the files on the blog. For me specifically I know that the files I upload to my blog are too small to be printed in a 4×6 size. It’s not cool to invest in a family session and then print the images off of the blog and not pay for prints. Make sure you know how much the prints cost before the session to avoid sticker shock. Same goes for scanning prints that you already bought. Not cool! Some of my family members are guilty of printing images off of my blog. It makes me cringe when I see them FRAMED in their homes with my logo still on there!

* I feel like I have had a pretty great relationship with my clients, but I also feel like its important to share how I feel about my images and the use of them. If I never tell you, then how can i expect you to know, right?! :)*

I am happy to report that I have begun my solo photographic adventures yet again, last Saturday marked the first of this year...and although it was short lived and I didn't venture very far from my home (just out the door and down the sidewalk) I felt that same familiar stirring of creativity and connection with all that this earth has to show me..and even though the air is crisp and the wind is swishing through the trees..and inevitably the snow will come...these adventures alone with my camera are some of my warmest moments...

I have entitled this post "Hurricane Hasegawa" because this was one heck of a fast family shoot! They blew in like the wind in one swift, whirlwind of a swoop and almost exactly 30 minutes later they blew right on out again!! Looking back it seems rather hilarious that we were able to do a family session with 6 people in such a short amount of time, but the sun was setting and the good ol Lethbridge wind was starting to blow in, so we did what had to be done!

I'm extremely grateful to my friend Shelley, she came along and together we were able to divide and conquer!! two cameras are definitely better than one!

Also, when you see how gorgeous this family is, you will understand how I was able to get some good stuff in such a short time...completely stunning family :)

The dad, Mark happens to be my boss as well, so it was kinda fun to be able to "boss" him around for once, I'm glad he didn't hold it against me on Monday morning..

I love baby bellies! They just make me smile :) There is something really special about a woman who is pregnant, growing and nurturing a new little life inside of her...its such a miracle..truly amazing, I don't think I will ever get tired of photographing these precious moments...

Amber and Brian are welcoming their first child, due in only a couple of weeks (her tummy is so little!) I wish them all the best with their new son or daughter...It was a pleasure meeting them and being able to document this special time in their lives..

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this mama is! This is my gorgeous friend Jeri-Lynn (we work together as well). I have had the pleasure of having her come along on a few shoots with me this past spring/summer so she totally knows how to work it and knew what I was expecting from her :) She ROCKED it!

Her wonderful hubby and adorable son came along in the beginning for a few shots as well!

Their newest addition is due in the beginning of December, which means she will be leaving me at work for a whole year...I hope I'll survive!! (but i doubt it).

I have been so blessed to have her in my life this past year, I hope that these few moments captured can somehow begin to repay her for all of the crazy amounts of things she has helped me with and done for me this year!!

Just a little note:

I am fully booked for October..So much so that I'm hoping the nice weather will soon revisit so that I can fit everyone in who I have had to reschedule or have not yet had their sessions!

A sneak peek of little Miss "P" I did their family session a little while back, and wanted to capture a few more images of their little lady...so my pal Shelley & I headed over one evening last week and did a little mini session with the little one...she was nothing but sweet for us, and although she is at kind of an awkward age at 4 months to do a session, we did manage to capture some cute little moments...after all, time just goes by way too fast at this age..her parents will blink and she will be dating in no time!

*Someone Had A Birthday...Shout Hurray! | Lethbridge Photographer

Little Miss "M" had her 1st Birthday! So we decided to celebrate in a golden field under the sunshine with a balloon (there were originally 4 balloons....don't ask) and a cake and some pretty fun chairs! Her mom, brought so many fun props and hats and accessories for the shoot, unfortunately the little lady wasn't having any of it though(see last image lol)...However, she did give me about 10 great minutes in the beginning with lots of smiles and adorableness..

I was lucky to have my good friend and fellow photog Shelley Forsberg along for the session as well! It's always fun to shoot together, she always has my back :)(except for when she let the balloons go...but that is neither here nor there ;)

This past weekend I had the fatastical opportunity of being able to attend a workshop hosted by the extremely talented and super cool photography duo rob and lauren The workshop was hosted by them in their cozy little living room, it was attended by myself and 9 other lady photographers from around the Edmonton area (accept for me and my photog friend Shelley..we drove up from Lethbridge and made a weekend of it :) The day was jammed packed full of information, tips, resources and good times! Rob & Lauren were amazing hosts who were open, generous with their knowledge, and just all around funny/cool people...The day's highlight came at the end when we were able to scout a location together and partake in a photo shoot with our models-the recently married Michelle & BJ :) ( to check out their real wedding images taken by Rob & Lauren visit their blog www.robandlauren.ca) <----They seriously R.O.C.K (oh and there is a pretty funny shot of all of us from the chill session on their blog too..go over and check us out!)

I definitely came away from the "Chill Session" with tons of new information and a renewed determination to be the best photographer that I can be..

Some people only ever have one family...(unless they get married and then have in laws and well that isn't really what i meant..but you get the idea!) Anyways, I have been blessed in the last 8 yrs or so to be part of another family...

These are my sister-friends...I spend every holiday except Christmas(when I am with my "real" family ) with them, We are together almost every Sunday evening for family dinner and I love their children like they are my own...If you don't have sister-friends ( or brother-friends for that matter) in your life then I highly suggest that you find some...and fast..your lives will never be the same..

They have made the last 8 yrs of my life pretty enjoyable, and are a big reason why I am who I am :)

I love them like sisters and enjoy being with them like friends..it truly is the best of both worlds...

I was so lucky to have had the opprotunity to photograph this family. We did the whole session on the family farm, which I instantly fell in love with! So much character in the old buildings, beautiful lush green grass (hard to come by in southern Alberta!!) a pretty neat vintage blue truck and a lot of memories from this family's life all rolled into one lovely location! Not to mention the people themselves and how warm, friendly and photogenic they were...I mean seriously, look at them!
I had a really great time getting to know all of them, some I had photographed before and others I had not...It was a perfect evening :)

I use the word "Summer" loosely...if you look closely at some of the images you will see why...

This lovely couple asked me to photograph their small and intimate wedding ceremony in beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park on June 6th of this year...

The weather was calling for rain, instead it snowed. How I love Alberta! haha.

I have to give the bride Wendy a very honourable mention, she didn't let the weather put even the slightest damper on her good mood and happiness...she even yelled into the sky at the top of her lungs during shooting as the snowflakes were falling " Its my wedding day, I'm getting married!!!!!!!"

Although I generally shy away from shooting weddings, and the weather posed quite a challenge for me, I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the love that Kent and Wendy have for each other and for their family. It was heartwarming to capture their commitment in images that I hope they will cherish forever.

I must apologize....
reading over the last few posts I realize that I have been waxing a bit reflective, sentimental and melancholy...
It just goes to show you that I wear my heart on my sleeve, I'm not very good at faking it :)
A lot of changes have been occurring, people growing up, moving on, getting married, making decisions...
being home with my family and then having to get right back on a plane and leave them for another 6 months...
all of these things have brought back memories and moments for me, I suppose that is coming out in my posts. I will try to liven things up around here in the next few posts...and get back to being my usual charming self ;)

I feel very honoured that Melissa would trust me to photographer her in preparation for one of the biggest and most exciting days of her life...Although she may have done it out of obligation to our friendship, I hope that she knows how much it meant to me....

I wasn't able to be there on her wedding day, I was away in Ontario with my family...I thought about her alot that day, how proud I am of her, and how blissfully happy I am that she is happy...She really means alot to me..I would have loved nothing more then to have been able to share in that day with her...but circumstance unfortunately didn't allow it to be so...

Its not everyday that you find true friendship..I've been blessed in my life and have had the opportunity to find it a few times...

Melissa is one of my very truest friends...we often call each other our "kindred spirit" or "bosom buddy" joking that I am Diana Barry to her Anne Shirley ( Anne of Green Gables reference). I find that we often speak in poetic metaphors when together, we paint images in the air between us with our words, we inspire the other to describe the feelings of her heart and soul..its a deep connection that we share, one that I will forever hold dear...she knows me, unlike any other I have encountered...I feel truly blessed to call her my friend.

My big brother has a family...an amazing wife and two of the most beautiful and brilliant daughters ( in my totally unbiased opinion ;) I will be forever grateful to him for sharing them with me...

I'm not sure that any words could possibly describe my love for these two little ladies...I had no idea that they would bring me such sheer joy! Unfortunately I only get to be with them twice a year..it is never enough time :( My hope for them is that they will grow into strong, beautiful, brilliant and happy young women....but no matter what, they will always, always be my special girls :)

I spent a full week with my whole family (minus my lil bro :( at our good friend's cottage in Tobermory, Ontario...It was everything that I had been missing, everything that I needed to feel healthy and happy and renewed....That place will forever be the keeper of many of my most cherished memories...

One of the memories I will hold on to for some time is of the morning that I arrived...My dad picked me up at the airport Friday night at midnight, we drove 5 hours to the cottage, just him and I...getting reacquainted after 6 months of being away...it was a nice drive...neither of us slept..we just chatted, like old times..like I had never left...I love my dad.

We pulled into the cottage, my heart skipped a few beats as memories from the last time id been there 16 yrs before came rushing back to me...my mom welcomed us at the door just as the sun was peaking over the trees across the lake...

I could have went to bed...instead my fingers itched to press the shutter release on my camera...my ears ached to hear the sweet melodic click...I reached for my camera...its a shame that we sleep through such unbridled beauty...day after day...I saw two sunrises while I was at the cottage...two of the most beautiful sights I have seen in a long long time...I drank it all in, and it was just what I needed...

These images don't even begin to do it justice...but I share them nonetheless..

True Story:

The first time i came to this tunnel..I stood at the entrance and did not venture through it...I did not know what was beyond it..all I knew was that it was dark and cold..for some reason I turned back..

The second time i came to this tunnel, I did so with the intention of finding out what lay beyond its depths..

What I found... was a magical coulee kingdom...

I learned a very valuable lesson yesterday evening...

There will always be light at the end of the tunnel..

Beyond the tunnel of darkness and light, there often lies something magical...

Every step I take outside of my safe little circle, leads me through another new adventure...

This is how this works...
-I spot a cool location, or some little creative vision floats into my mind..
-I mention it to Ginger my roommate (if you don't know her by now, you don't visit here enough :)
-She gets almost as excited as I do thinking about the possibilities..
-We spend an hour or so sorting through her fantastic closet and piecing outfits together..
-We agree to meet at the locations previously discussed...
-Few words need to pass between us...
-Magic happens...

It was insanely windy..I'm talking hurricane force freezing winds..she rocked it! I love this one.

This might be my favourite, i forgot to breathe when i first saw it.

Here are a few facts about my life:

Fact. I live in Southern Alberta.(Canada)
Fact. Winter lasts way way way too long here.
Fact. Just when you think it is spring, it is winter again.
Fact. It is not very easy to find little children or families who want to brave the
wind and snow for photo shoots.
Fact. Even though it was freezing cold, windy and ridiculously snowy I could not
ignore the call of my camera, or the creativity bubbling up inside of me.
Fact. I learned to walk with my eyes open, to really see the world around me.
Fact. I fell in love with early Saturday morning adventures..just me and my d300.
Fact. The sweet melodic click of my shutter can calm all of my internal storms.
Fact. Everything is alive, and Life is beautiful.
Fact. This long long long winter changed the way I look at my surroundings.
Fact. Spring will eventually emerge and I will "shoot" people again.

until then..try taking the scenic route once in a while, you never know what beautiful adventures you may encounter..

I just got back from a PPOC-A Photography Seminar @ N.A.I.T in Edmonton this weekend..met some of my cool friends (I hope they are still my friends.lol) Basked in the glow of jesh de rox (really he pretty much glows) Everything that guy said was something I needed to hear and will repeat over and over until I can somehow make it happen. Truly, the man is genius. If you check out his work, you will see what I mean..wow!

Also, had the fantastic opportunity to learn from rob & lauren -again tonnes of talent, knowledge, tips and information that I haven't fully processed yet, but that I know will help me along the way. Its pretty cool to see & hear such different perspectives and approaches on the same thing, I definitely learned alot and will hopefully be able to translate some of that knowledge into my work. For me, this weekend was alot about learning who I am, not only as a photographer, but as a person as well..It was a huge leap out of my comfort zone, but definitely something I am happy to have had the opportunity to experience...

Is anyone else ready for winter to be over yet? I most certainly am! I decided to unofficially take a little step back from photography this winter not only to get the business end of this endeavor organized, but also to sharpen up on some of my skills...or quite honestly..lack there of. I don't know if I have accomplished what I had originally set out to yet, but I'm still working on it...didn't someone once say "slow and steady wins the race?" haha..I think they lied! but it makes me feel better so I'm going to adopt that as my motto until I feel comfortable enough to go full throttle...

Even though a break has felt really good, I am slowly (remember my new motto!) becoming more comfortable with my beautiful new camera, things are FINALLY becoming more and more clear to me, and I have been catching up on some much needed sleep that had alluded me all summer..I CANNOT wait for the spring to arrive! I am starting to sense that all too familiar feeling of creativity flowing into me, it's the magic that fuels my passion for capturing some of life's most honest and beautiful moments and its BACK!

So, although I still feel like I have alot to do before I am organized and ready enough to jump back in with two feet...I am happy to report that spring is not far off, and I am excited to embark on another great season of adventures with everyone who puts their trust in me....

I have been pretty blessed in my life, in more ways than I can count, Here is a little sneak peek into one of my many blessings...or should I say 7 of my many blessings??? :)

The Renaud's are like family to me..they include me in many of their family moments, always make me feel special and loved and serve me in ways they will never know. I can only hope that in some way these images will show how truly grateful I am for the friendship and joy they have brought to my life. I am almost positive that I have heard myself say over and over again that I do NOT feel ready or comfortable doing weddings....haven't I?? I suppose some rules are made to be broken, especially when people who have been so good to me are the ones asking...I was very nervous to be photographing Andrew & Candace's big day, but they put me at ease and were lovely and cooperative and extremely gracious...I can only hope that i may have captured a few moments that they will love...

and no...this doesn't mean that I now do weddings... I have sooo much more to learn before I can even consider venturing out onto that limb...

Beauty to the Power of Two....

This was definitely one of my most favourite shoots..Sometimes you just have to take a step back from the craziness and have some real fun! This shoot was stretched out over a few days, I took the girls(my roommates) around our neighbourhood; back alley's, old fences, and my favourite red wall. The neighbours probably didn't know what to think watching Ginger and Heather walking down the street in their heels carrying old chairs day after day...but that is what made the whole adventure so great. I really felt like I was able to let out some of the creative vision that had been building up inside of me..Ginger and Heather were the perfect "models", I think we learned alot about one another, the way they reacted in front of the camera was surprising, unpredictable and exciting. I was pretty honoured that they trusted me to capture some of their moments...There were way too many to choose from...

The tires were a great find, even if they were right next to a no trespassing sign ;) Heather rocked this shot!

Ginger definitely surprised me the most..the camera loved her, and incidentally, she loved the camera!

The red wall, that started it all...Once I saw it, I just couldnt get it out of my head..

Words really cannot express how much I love this little girl....My brilliant, beautiful niece...I miss her every single day...Auntie deedee is counting down the days until christmas holidays when I can see you again! Ontario Summer Sessions....

An impromptu mini session with my Aunt Sloane and two beautiful cousins Jade & Justine...I have to admit...I have some gorgeous people in my family! ( I miss you guys!)

I was really excited to do a session with this family! I knew Amy (the mom) when I was a little girl growing up in Windsor, Ontario...It had been years and years since I had last seen her..way before she was even married or had children...Three gorgeous children I might add! What a pleasure it was to see her again, and to meet her lovely husband and adorable little ones! ( I will also have to go back to this place(Willestead Manor) to do another session next time I am in town..it was beautiful!)

I had the pleasure of meeting this lovely family...three adorable boys who looked quite different from one another...I visited them at their home on the lake, they couldn't have been more comfortable in front of my camera! Perhaps we will meet again one day...

First of all, Thank you to every single one of you who stop by my humble little blog to take a peek now and again-I truly appreciate you! I am overwhelmed by the response I have received this summer, Amazed that so many people have become "fans" ( I feel silly using that word). I am blessed to have so many supportive people in my life, who have pushed, encouraged and loved me along the way. I could have never imagined that my little hobby would become so big in such a short period of time. I owe that to all of you who trust me with your memories and moments, you will never know how much that means to me. Thank you.

Having said all of that, I will not be booking anymore sessions for this summer, I am booked solid through the month of August! If the weather permits, I may take on a couple more sessions in September, so feel free to email me if you do have inquiries or are interested in a session after August, and I will see what I can do! I look forward to working with all of you who are currently booked, I cant wait to see all of your lovely little moments come to life.

Baby Sister...Kick'n it at the beach...

I had the pleasure of spending just over a week with my family back home in southern Ontario about a month ago...It was a much needed holiday, although way too short and spent basically running in a million different directions! All in all it was lovely...I was once again reminded that I have a place in this world, a place that I will always call home..

I convinced my little sister Jenna to let me take a few pictures of her...so with a couple cute outfits in hand we went down to the beach (Lake Erie) to do a fun little session....For those of you who don't know "Our Jenna" she is a carefree, fun loving, hilariously funny girl(even thought i posted mostly serious photos), who has no idea how gorgeous she is! I want to thank her for being such a great sport, for taking direction very well, even though she was nervous, for jumping off of the rocks time and time again so that i could get an "action" shot (so many times that she basically threw her back out...sorry!) and mostly..I want to let her know that I think she is stunningly beautiful, and that I enjoyed my time with her immensely....Thanks for the giggles baby sister..

The Fisher Family-I am so glad I got to meet these three..They were so sweet and easy to work with, Their little one is such a little doll, she didn't say a peep the whole time, despite being attacked by mosquito's! I just fell in love with her little cherub face...

The Smith Family-so adorable, a great couple with three beautiful children..Their daughter loved the camera, and their boys didn't really want anything to do with me..Despite their crazy little boy antics, I think we got some great shots! Most importantly we had alot of fun!

The Renaud Family of 7! This growing family is made up of 5 little ones who love to pose for my camera! They are some of my biggest fans and greatest supporters! It is always a pleasure to capture their moments!

My best friend's family and extended family wanted some family pictures on their farm. So out we went to the hay bales and fields to capture some lovely little moments. What a great looking bunch of people! Thanks Olsens!

I went to Grade School and Highschool with Jenny, so when she asked me to do a session of her family while I was home visiting mine, I jumped at the chance. Her little ones are adorable, and the location was perfect! What a cute family!
